Refund & Returns Policy
Our return process is designed to make eligibility and next steps easy to understand.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. Contact support before sending a return for instructions.
Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items received after the return window may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except where required by law. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the request and explain whether a replacement or refund is available.
Refund Process
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
We generally submit an approved refund within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange is unavailable, support can explain whether a return and new order is appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If a return is due to an incorrect or damaged order confirmed by our team, we will explain available arrangements.
Cancellation
Contact us quickly to request a cancellation. Orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and follow the return policy.
